has been providing the industries with a new full line design of pipeline cleaning products to further enhance corrosion control programs being utilized since early 2000. Our line of products is constructed to be more durable by re-enforcing all discs and back cups where most products crack and tear apart. The discs have been made thicker with further support on the top and bottom of each disc. The back cups have been oversized with a deeper (thicker) amount of urethane that assists greatly in eliminating possible bypass.

We are a full R & D facility specializes in making pipelines piggable that were previously considered not piggable. This includes customizing all equipment required, from launcher / receivers, manufacturing spools, to specific cleaning pigs. We pride ourselves on the proven fact; our products for standard line and multi-line cleaning are successful when utilized correctly in applications they were designed for.
Service Capabilities
All products has been made oversized to achieve a 5% over standard pipeline wall thickness. This assists greatly where machining is required on product to custom fit individual customer requirements.

Field tests completed with our products against what is readily available on the market has shown customers are getting on average 6 times more runs with Full Flo’s design and Top Quality urethane.
We have specialize in custom pig designs and problem solving locally and internationally since 2000. Our custom designed products have an aggressive cleaning program with product diameters ranging from 3/4” inch to 48 inches. Our brushes are fabricated using stainless steel gauge wire which can be doubled for greater thickness, mounted on a partial pig that includes a locking mechanism for additional safety. Our line of customized pigs inside diameters range from (2”-1”/ 3”- 2”/ 4”-3”/ 8”-6”) used by Oil & Gas companies that previously thought line replacement was inevitable.

Routine Pigging, Cleaning or Maintenance
Routine pigging is performed to increase flow rates and corrosion control. We recommend the customer has a complete procedure in place from launching to immediate retrieval, plus recording the amount of debris removed in one run. Reading the pig at the end of the run is done to determine if the procedure should be repeated. Full debris removal in one run is extremely slim. Repeated runs may be necessary. Gate valves and check valves should be noted in case of the pig hanging up due to incorrect size or opening restrictions.
